The 45 Day Challenge Starts Today: May 19th 2008!
Wow, a lot has happened since I made this post over at the warrior forum. In case the thread gets removed, here’s the original post in its entirety:
“First off, a big thank you to all the warriors who regularly post useful information on this great board. I am going to use the strategies I see here every day to create $5000 in 45 days. Why 45 days and not 30 or 60? Well, one of the strategies requires at least 30 days to be effective and 60 days is just too long! OK, so how am I going to do this? I will use a combination of strategies I learned over the past year or so. Here’s a sample:
1) Website creation and flipping. I will create and/or purchase websites to flip/sell at popular web forums.
2) Article marketing: I will write articles to promote affiliate products/programs/ebooks and also promote websites I create starting at the beginning of this challenge.
3) List building: All the new websites will have aweber links in them to create a list while building traffic.
4) Social bookmarking: I will use social bookmarking to get some traffic and link power.
5) Blogs and Squidoo: To help with affiliate sales and link power and traffic, I will create Squidoo lenses, blogger blogs, hub pages and more.
Update:
6) NMOC: Yep, I bought this through the WF link, thanks Alan.
Well, that is the plan. I am confident that I can reach this goal. I am making it public here because I value community input and encouragement. Thanks. Feel free to add suggestions and helpful resources. I will create a blog to outline the progress and detail each step for all of you who wish to recreate my success.
TomG.”
OK, with that out of the way, the first steps I am taking are: research on niche sites to build, sites for sale over at sitepoint.com, setting up a new reseller account for the domains and creating the overall plan that will get me to the $5000 profit mark in the 45 days I have alloted. For those of you who are following my progress, please feel free to bookmark the blog as I will be making many changes to it in the coming days. Also, my commitment to this effort is 100%. I will frequently update this blog with the tools and resources I am using to get the job done. That is all for now.
TomG.
